Is it available for personal use?

No, this is for companies only. Given how sensitive the information we report on is, every account goes through know your customer (KYC) checks before it is opened, so we can confirm the organisation and that you are authorised to act for it.

What is AI alert triage?

Every match we find is triaged by an AI model before it reaches you. It filters out the false positives, then writes the description, the likely impact and the remediation steps for the ones that matter.

What counts as a third party?

Any outside company your business relies on or shares data with. This is what security teams call vendor risk or supply chain risk. In practice that is your SaaS subscriptions, suppliers, contractors and service providers: payroll, CRM, legal, managed IT. If they hold your data, they are worth watching.

Can I add users, domains or third parties?

Yes. On Basic, extra users or domains are US$250 a month each. On Premium, third parties come in packs of 20 for US$200 a month.

What is 4th and 5th-party risk?

Your third parties have their own suppliers, and those suppliers have theirs. A breach two or three steps down that chain can still expose your data.

On the Enterprise plan we follow those relationships out to the fourth and fifth party, so you find out even when the exposure is not on your own supplier list.
